Who we are.
This policy explains how Sustainergy LTD (UK) and Sustainergy B.V. (NL) (together, “Sustainergy”, “we”, “us”) process personal data via sustainergysolar.com, our customer portal, and our sales/CRM systems.

1. What data we collect

3. Why we use your data (Purposes & Legal Bases)

To provide quotes, fulfil orders, deliver goods, manage accounts and credit (Contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR / UK GDPR).

To maintain our CRM/ERP, prevent fraud, and protect our rights (Legitimate Interests, Art. 6(1)(f)).

To comply with tax, accounting, sanctions and export laws (Legal Obligation, Art. 6(1)(c)).

4. Sharing & International Transfers

We share data with processors strictly as needed: hosting/IT, CRM/ERP, email/marketing platforms, delivery and logistics partners, payment/factoring (e.g., invoice finance), analytics, and professional advisers. Some providers are outside the UK/EEA. Where we transfer data internationally, we use EU Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK IDTA/Addendum, and—where applicable—the EU-US/UK-US Data Privacy Framework.

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to risk, including access controls, encryption in transit, least-privilege policies, MFA on admin systems, and supplier due diligence.

We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means. We may segment B2B contacts to personalise communications; you can object at any time.
